Peace from grief.

Meditation

An expression of the self manifests when we make sure that we do the healing and not get trapped by what we see others doing. We often have this idea that we should keep all the doors open, which allow us to have many options, and in the process we never commit ourselves to anything, not even healing. This is the most dangerous delusion, as it is sabotaging our spiritual path, spiritual access and spiritual search. When we keep searching, the pain increases and leaves us with immense grief and in danger. We become spiritual tourists and lost in the spheres of illusion increase the grief profoundly. When we begin to skilfully heal daily, we are compassionate loving and healing the self daily, peacefully keeping the self away from all the obstacles that the world presents. Healing hugs of and from an open heart. Love from the spiritual teacher.

Repeat five times

Take two teaspoons of salt and mix in half a bucket of water. Then wash your feet five times, each foot. This process will eliminate pain and grief.
